Ingredients:
1 Pack Noodles
Salt
Oil
For Vegetables
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 Onion (shredded)
1/2 Red Capsicum (chopped)
1/2 Green Capsicum (chopped)
2 Carrots (juliennes)
1/2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)
6 Mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Spring Onion

Method: Start with putting Pack Noodles into the Boiling Water with Salt. After 8 minutes of cooking, drain all the water and add Oil. Now, Let's saute vegetable for which add Oil in the pan with Garlic (chopped), Ginger (chopped), Green Chillies (chopped) wait for a minute then add Onion (shredded) fry it for few seconds. Now add Red Capsicum (chopped), Green Capsicum (chopped), Carrots (juliennes), 1/2 cup Cabbage (Shredded) & Mushrooms (sliced) mix them all properly. Now add Soy sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder and finally mix them again.
Now add the Noodles with the vegetable with salt & Spring onions.
Your Chow Mein is ready to serve.
