It involves eating meal that contain cucumbers for a week or two weeks. Your meals will mainly consist of cucumber salad, for lunch and dinner and a side of protein. Breakfast can be a cucumber smoothie or cucumber and toast.


Cucumbers are rich in vitamins and are very light considering they are made up of 95% water.
This makes cucumbers great for detoxing the body, cleansing the liver, while also being a great source of nutrition.

However, following the cucumber diet also comes with big obstacles.

1. Hunger pans will be high

2. Low energy considering you will not be having much carbs

3. The diet can also cause you to binge eat. Once coming off, you will crave savoury foods.

Ultimately, this diet is a fad diet.
