`TDR Mafia`: Anti Corruption Bureau Raids Premises of Engineer, 2 Middlemen

Continuing its probe into the alleged Transferable Development Rights (TDR) scam, the Anti Corruption Bureau raided two private surveyors here on Wednesday.
Several incriminating documents linking BBMP and BDA officials to the scam are said to have been seized during the raid at the residents of the surveyors, Abhishek and Manoj, held from early in the morning. Abhishek is a resident of RMV Layout while Manoj lives in Geddalahalli. They were employed with a city-based real estate firm. Several survey documents found in their possession raise questions since they were signed by the government surveyors. The ACB, probing the TDR scam in road-widening projects, raided residences and offices of three people, including an executive engineer, on April 26.
