In 1994, the legendary country singer, Merle Haggard, was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

In this fantastic live performance, Haggard sings "Always Late (with Your Kisses)" which was a number one hit for Lefty Frizzell on the US Hot Country Singles chart in 1951.

Merle Haggard first covered the song on his album, Roots, Volume 1 which was released in 2001 and reached number fourty seven on the Billboard Country Albums chart.

This performance was recorded live at Church Street Station in Orlando, Florida.
