Tanya Tucker had her first Country Music hit at the age of just 13 with "Delta Dawn". She continued to have a very successful career with a string of top 10 and top 40 hits.

"Texas (When I Die)" was originally recorded by Ed Bruce. Tucker released her version in 1978 and reached #5 on the US Billboard Charts.
