The Swinging Blue Jeans were a British Merseybeat quartet formed in 1957 by singer/guitarist Ray Ennis. Their most remembered for their hit single; "Hippy Hippy Shake." The band were one of the strongest Liverpool bands from the '60s British Invasion.
"Hippy Hippy Shake" was released in 1963 and made it to No. 2 in the UK Charts and No. 24 in America. It was the band's biggest hit.
Other hit singles include "Good Golly Miss Molly", "You're No Good"
