Lok Sabha Elections 2019 phase 4 voting: Polling in 72 constituencies of 9 states are underway for the 17th Lok Sabha. Till 2 pm, 44.90% overall voter turnout was recorded. The most interesting contest will be held on Bihar's Begusarai seat where Kanhaiya Kumar, Giriraj Singh and Tanveer Ahmed will lock horns.
