SMB3 - Don't Touch The Coin Challenge 2 - World 2

Welcome to Don't Touch The Coin Challenge 2
This game follows the exact same concept of the first game: clear all stages while avoiding the coins. Collecting them from boxes, while invincible, or enemy clears at the goal must also be avoided or else the player eventually loses a life.
What's different from the first game:
- The game spans 5 worlds instead of one big world with a compilation of levels.
- Boom Boom appears randomly and more frequently and acts as a mere obstacle rather than a boss.
- Levels are mostly exclusive. There are some custom levels I've or others have made that is with a twist.
- Each level clear is via goal card, treasure chest, or Koopaling/Bowser only.
