Man faceplants concrete trying to jump into Ipswich Dock

A man tripped over a chain fence mid-air while he tried to jump into the Ipswich docks, and ended up falling on the concrete face first.
The friend of the unlucky lad said that after ripping his lip during the horror fall the man had "Lost his dignity" and is now doing "Perfect" when it was filmed April 19.
