A pair of Small Green Bee-eaters (Merops orientalis), a white-breasted Kingfisher sallies forth with a splash-dive into the Ramganga river and settles back onto its rock, while a Coucal or Crow-pheasant calls out from its perch. A pair of Storks circle overhead while an White-necked Stork glides in to its roost. A Black Partridge calls from its grassland perch...
