Woodstock 50 Ticket
Sales Postponed Organizers insist that the festival will not be canceled. Tickets were originally supposed to go on sale on Earth Day, April 22. Woodstock 50 is scheduled to take place
August 16-18 in Watkins Glen, New York. According to 'Pitchfork,' the likely cause of the delay is due to the festival still needing a mass gathering permit from the New York State Department
of Health. Artists scheduled to appear at the festival include Jay-Z, Miley Cyrus and the Killers. The lineup also includes more than a half-dozen acts who appeared at the original festival in 1969. Michael Lang, co-founder of the original festival and producer of Woodstock 50, addressed fears of the festival's cancelation. Michael Lang, via statement
