Pangong Tso and Changla pass is in the India - China border in Kashmir.
Tripjodi did Leh Ladakh winter expedition in January 2019 with triumph expeditions.

Chang La Pass (17,590 ft), The second highest motorable road in the world. We were very lucky to be at this location after visiting the highest motarable road at Khardung la Pass.There are certain precautions necessary while visiting this place due the cold and chill climate and less of oxygen due to the altitude. 15 -20 minutes would be the ideal time one can spend on the Chang la pass. So, it is advised not to exert here, finish your photography within minutes. The breathtaking views from this region leave any visitor speechless and will be a memorable adventure trip.

Pangong Lake, is an endorheic lake in the Himalayas situated at a height of about 4,350 m (14,270 ft). One of the biggest tourist attractions of the country. It is extremely scenic and super calm, truly a wonder of God's creation. Its beauty cannot be expressed in words, you have to be there to see and feel it.
