Pedal power: India election crusader cycling for democracy

Cycling around the eastern Indian city of Patna handing out election flyers, Lal Mani Das is neither a candidate nor a government official. A snack seller by night, and democracy crusader by day, the 45-year-old from India's impoverished Bihar state is on a mission to raise public awareness about world's largest democracy, and encourage people to vote - and vote well.
