It's a NewsX exclusive. The CBI has filed a plea in Supreme Court seeking custody of former Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar. CBI says that Rajeev Kumar is not cooperating with the probe. CBI alleges that the Rajeev Kumar could be guilty for destroying witness in the Saradha Chit Fund scam in which West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's close aides were named.
