Carnival Passengers Banned From Cruise Line After Getting Stuck In Elevator

This group of passengers have been banned from Carnival Cruise Line ships, after being trapped in a malfunctioning elevator on Carnival’s Inspiration ship. The passengers complained that they were stuck for almost an hour in the elevator. One passenger fainted while waiting to be rescued. The passengers claim staff mocked them and tried to unsafely pry open the elevator doors.
