Not too disturbed with early monsoon forecasts, says Siraj Hussain

“Even though the forecast is that the monsoon is going to be slightly deficient and El Nino effect is taking shape, I would not be too disturbed at this point of time,” he said, adding that El Nino is an evolving phenomenon.
