Young Chinese Shaolin monks display amazing feats of flexibility

Shaolin monks as young as six to seven years of age are practising kung fu at the famed temple’s school of Buddhism in Dengfeng in China’s central province of Henan. Their instructors say the tough training is meant to give them a shot at becoming Shaolin masters of the future, as well as give all the candidates tools to help them grow up to be men of strong characters.
