The first phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha election is just 9 days away and ahead of that it's raining promises and there are surprises as well. Rahul Gandhi has left the CPI-M fuming with his decision to contest from Wayanad in Kerala, considered as a safe seat in Congress circles. Rahul Gandhi also promised to fill 22 lakh vacancies in the government by 2020 and said he planned to scarp the Niti Aayog.
