Young people take to the streets in massive climate change demonstration in Berlin
  • 5 years ago
Thousands of teens take to the streets in Berlin to protest inaction over climate change, lead by Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg.

According to the filmer, the attendees chanted about positivity and love, which in the video can be roughly translated to "We’re not gonna be stand still, while you’re ruining our future" aimed towards politicians.

The video was recorded from a living room when the protest marched between Invaliden Park and Brandenburger Tor today (March 29).

It is estimated that around 25,000 young people were in attendance.

The protest has taken over social media under the name Fridays for Future.
