Chile: The head of the Cuban government, Fidel Castro arrives at the Palacio de La Moneda where he meets with President Salvador Allende. General views of slips of paper thrown from the windows of a building. Later, Fidel Castro moves along a street next to the Commander-in-Chief of the Army of Chile, General Carlos Prats Gonzalez and other authorities, to attend a ceremony where he pays tribute to the monument to O'Higgins.
