Ten years later, when everything is going right for Sami, who finishes his poltical science studies with flying colors, nothing is going right for his cousin Charles de Chazelle. Since his idol Sarkozy lost the presidential elections, he has been in deep depression, which becomes worse when his family loses its fortune and has to leave Neuilly. Rejected by everyone, the Chazelles find refuge at Sami's place, in the Picasso projects in Nanterre!
From then on, for Sami and the other inhabitants of the projects, life will no longer be a bed of roses.
