Illegal sand transporting and washing operation at a site next to the Klang River at the 5th mile of Jalan Kelang Lama in Kuala Lumpur is posing a threat to the residents and businesses in the area.
When the StarMetro team and the Kepong MP’s special assistant visited the site on March 23, they were warned by thugs against highlighting the issue.
