In their eighteenth and final week, Rocky & Mayur have come an extremely long way in their endeavour to Get Fit. They've turned over a new leaf and are eating and living healthy. They're determined to stay true to their goal, and inspire others to lead more wholesome lives. They also meet Upasana Kamineni, Apollo Hospitals' chairman Pratap C Reddy's granddaughter, who tells them that her grandfather's motto all his life has been to avoid diseases rather than attempt to cure it.
