राहुल गांधी ने न्यूनतम आय गारंटी स्कीम की जानकारी देते हुए इसे दुनियाभर की स्कीमों में सबसे बेहतर बताया है । इस स्कीम के तहत गरीब परिवारों को सालभर में रु.72,000 की राशि दी जाएगी । राहुल गांधी का कहना है कि अगर कांग्रेस की सरकार आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव 2019 में बनती है तो गरीबी दूर करने के लिए इस स्कीम की मदद ली जाएगी ।
