世界衛生組織（ＷＨＯ）指出， 2020 年全球三大疾病中，憂鬱症排名第二，僅次於心血管疾病，更甚於愛滋病。在你身邊，很可能就有需要被幫助的朋友或親人；或者，你其實一直需要被幫助，卻說不出口。
身為憂鬱症患者的震廷，希望更多人能以更正向、更清楚的方式了解憂鬱症，與導演深刻討論劇本、指導演員的情緒與感受，才完成了這支讓他痛心落淚的 MV。透過這一幕幕的影像，震廷想告訴每一個可能正在痛苦或迷惘的聽眾，如果累了，就好好休息一下，不論處在怎樣的困境中，請一定要記得：「無懼並不是真的不害怕，是即使害怕仍勇敢前往，那 #最想到達的地方 」

"Hey, are you okay?"
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), among the three major diseases in the world in 2020, depression ranks second, second only to cardiovascular disease, and even more so than AIDS. By your side, your friends or relatives might need your help; or you actually are the one who needs to be helped, but too afraid to say it.
As a patient of depression, Eli Hsieh hopes that more people can understand depression in a more positive and clear way. After deeply discuss the script with the director, and guide the emotions and feelings of the actors , Eli Hsieh hopes tell every listener who may be suffering or confused by this music video : If you feel tired, just take a rest. No matter what kind of difficulties you are facing, please remember "Unfear doesn't mean not afraid. It means that even when you feel afraid, you still go brave to the place you want to reach the most."
