Congress False Case of Hindu Terror Collapses; No Evidence to Prove Hindu Terror Cases - An NIA court on Wednesday acquitted all accused in the Samjhauta blast case, saying that the national investigative agency failed miserably to prove terror charges against all the accused, inclosing alleged mastermind Aseemanand. Remember, after several reports of terror attacks allegedly orchestrated by Hindu groups in and around the year 2007, Congress leaders had coined the term Hindu terror. However, one after the other, cases against the accused has fallen flat. Meanwhile, some say Colonel Purohit remains the last alleged scapegoat of Congress's Hindu Terror bogey. In what came as big relief to Malegaon blast accused Col Purohit, stringent mcoca charges were dropped against him by a court in December 2017. However, in October 2018, terror charges were framed against col. Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya in the 2008 Malegaon blast case.
