Netflix to Launch a New Interactive
Series Called 'You vs. Wild' On April 10, Netflix will release their new
choose-your-adventure TV series. The 8-episode series is a spinoff
of Bear Grylls' show, ‘Man vs. Wild.' Viewers will have to choose
Grylls’ survival decisions. The survival show will take place in a variety of locations including the jungle, desert and forest. Bear Grylls, via 'Variety' ‘You vs. Wild’ is Netflix’s second interactive live-action project. In December 2018, they released
‘Bandersnatch,’ an interactive 'Black Mirror'
episode with more sinister choices. Netflix Vice President of Original Series
Cindy Holland confirmed that ‘You vs. Wild’
won’t be as “dark” as ‘Bandersnatch,’ but more
of a family friendly experience.
