"John was on time and thorough. He made me aware of the issues that needed to be resolved immediately versus those that would need attention in the future. The report he provided contained serial and model numbers of the major components so I wouldn't have to search for them myself. A nice added touch. I highly recommend John and Ocean Breezes."
