This is the heartwarming moment rescuers drilled through a concrete floor to save a baby whose leg was stuck in a drainpipe. The one-year-old boy followed his mother who was hanging out clothes to dry on a balcony before he slipped into the narrow pipe in Bangkok, Thailand yesterday (12/03) afternoon.
