Germany: Syrians afraid to go to their own own embassy | Focus on Europe

Fearing reprisals, refugees from Syria don't request passports from their own embassy. They believe that the embassy in Berlin cooperates closely with Syria's secret service. Yet the refugees need their papers to fulfill demands from German authorities.
