Ayodhya Case in Supeme Court Today; order on Mediation expected | Ayodhya Hearing - A five judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court is expected to pass an order today on whether or not it would evoke section 89 of code of civil procedure to attempt court monitored mediation in the Babri Masjid- Ram Janmabhoomi title suit. The constitution bench last week indicted its desire for attempting mediation under supervision of the Supreme Court to resolve the dispute between the warring claimants. The bench said that the mediation effort if ordered will be kept confidential and will continue alongside the court proceedings.

अयोध्या में जमीन विवाद मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सभी पक्षकारों को सुनने के बाद फैसले को सुरक्षित रखा है. मुस्लिम पक्ष मध्यस्थता के राजी है तो वहीं निर्मोही अखाड़ा भी बातचीत के लिए तैयार है. लेकिन हिंदू महासभा मध्यस्थता के लिए तैयार है.
