Sonic the Hedgehog's
Live-Action Movie
Design Revealed The design was revealed in a style guide for
the film by ad agency Hamagami / Carroll, Inc. According to the guide, the superfast hedgehog is described as "sarcastic" and "mischievous." But just like most interpretations on
past TV shows, he is also "laid-back" and "likable." It still isn't 100% confirmed that this is what Sonic will look like in the live-action movie. The Sega legend will be voiced
by actor Ben Schwartz. Co-stars include Jim Carrey, who plays Sonic's longtime nemesis, Dr. Robotnik. James Marsden also stars as a policeman named Tom Wachowski, who aids Sonic. The Paramount movie will take place on an alternate Earth where humans are used to a talking blue hedgehog. 'Sonic the Hedgehog' hits theaters
on November 8.
