President Trump on Tuesday slammed "stone cold crazy" Democrats over a recently launched sweeping probe into his business dealings, administration, and 2016 campaign. "Now that they realize the only Collusion with Russia was done by Crooked Hillary Clinton & the Democrats, Nadler, Schiff and the Dem heads of the Committees have gone stone cold CRAZY. 81 letter sent to innocent people to harass them," Trump wrote in a tweet. "They won't get ANYTHING done for our Country!" Not long after, the president added: "The greatest overreach in the history of our Country. The Dems are obstructing justice and will not get anything done. A big, fat, fishing expedition desperately in search of a crime, when in fact the real crime is what the Dems are doing, and have done!" The day prior, Democratic Representative Jerrold Nadler, the chair of the House Judiciary Committee, issued requests for documents to eighty-one individuals and organizations linked to Trump. Those identified include Donald Trump Jr., Trump Organization Chief Legal Counsel Alan Garten, and Alexander Nix, who was the head of Cambridge Analytica, the entity that compiled voter data profiles for the Trump campaign. The list also indicates that documents are being sought from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, and Michael Cohen, who served as an attorney for Trump.
