Specially-abled youth's body found in Murshidabad, West Bengal

Another shocker coming from West Bengal. A specially-abled youth has been found dead in Murshidabad District. The man was allegedly picked up by cops on friday and today his body was found on the road. His family says cops tortured him and he succumbed to the injuries.
