The fight to reclaim Women's right to pray at the Shani Shingnapur Temple today gets an impetus. The Bhumata Brigade, led by Trupti Desai met the trustees of the temple in order to discuss and debate for a future resolution of the matter. This after CM Fadnavis himself had to intervene saying the centuries-old tradition is discriminatory and violates fundamental rights.
