After Delhi, another metropolis faces the dangerous threat of air pollution for 2 days now; the city of Mumbai has been enveloped by a thick cover of smog, with pollution mounting to record high.

The situation is so dire that the BMC has closed over 60 schools for 2 days.

The state administration expressed interest in the Odd-Even plan when it was implemented in the national capital.
