Rohith Vemula Suicide: HRD Ministry panel blames Hyderabad University for ‘Mishandling’ the case

Its a massive twist in Rohith Vemula Suicide Case. Smriti Irani has gotten a clean chit, it seems. In a new HRD Report, it has been pointed out that the university is to be blamed for 'manhandling the case'. It also says that the HRD Ministry reminded did not contribute to any pressure on the university. Students have rejected the report saying that the HRD Ministry is only trying to make the Vice Chancellor a Scapegoat.
