Dalit student suicide: 10 Professors quit in protest

In a bid to show solidarity with the protesting students over the suicide of a Dalit student, 10 Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe professors of Hyderabad Central University on Thursday resigned from administrative posts.
The situation in the university remains tense as protests continue over the suicide of PhD scholar V Rohith.
