The Bombay High Court on Friday issued notices to the Maharashtra Government seeking implementation of the Odd-Even Rule in Mumbai. Bombay HC was hearing a Public Interest Litigation filed by city resident pointing the rising levels of pollution and traffic congestion due private vehicles on the roads.
