Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal promises Rs.1 crore for compensation for Pathankot Martyr's kin

Delhi Chief Minister and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal has made a controversial remark, while, addressing his first election rally in Punjab. Kejriwal went a step further, he said that if his party comes to power in Punjab, he will give Rs. 1 Crore compensation to the Pathankot Martyr's family. Though any compensation for martyrs is a welcome step, but, why put promise a compensation if Punjab votes for him. & not deliver it right now. Has the AAP chief tried to put a price to Martyrdom, is he trying to bribe the electorate by promising compensation for the Martyrs.
