Suspense over Mehbooba Mufti's next move

Mehbooba Mufti will have the final say on the govt formation but the party is not in any hurry specially given the government's rule. Sources reveal that PDP will not make the first move & is likely to prolong the stalemate in order to strengthen its bargaining power with its ally the BJP.
