Chennai has been deluged once again. The second wave of torrential deluge has inundated the whole state. Airport has been temporarily shut down for last 12 hours The rail and road services have also been badly affected. In last 24 hours the state has received 90 percent excess rainfall. People have jumped into the crisis to help out the deluge hit areas. Netizens are circulating helpline numbers, also asking for volunteers to distribute food packets. Netizens are also passing information on the nearby colleges, schools providing relief work. Even offers of recharging phone numbers are doing the rounds.
