Life in Chennai comes to a standstill due to Heavy Rains

Heavy rains have brought Chennai to a standstill once again. Over 26 flights have been delayed, roads completely inundated and schools and colleges shut down due to heavy rains in the coastal city. A low pressure has formed in the Bay of Bengal leading to the rains. With Civic Authorities failing in their duty, the people of Chennai are left facing the brunt of this monsoon.
