Corruption in PDS in West Bengal, says Animal Resources minister Swapan Debnath

WB Minister embarrasses Mamata government, alleges corruption in PDS and road construction. TMC leader and West Bengal's Minister of State, Animal Resources and MSME, Swapan Debnath embarrasses Mamata Banerjee government. Speaking at a function in Palsit in Burdwan, Debnath said the trucks in which rice is sent across by FCI are often changed midway and ration dealers often end up siphoning off 2 kg rice from the bags. He also said that the government has been unable to curb down on this illegal practice.
