Finance Minister Arun Jaitley wants a 'çivilised' debate code

A day after President Pranab Mukjherjee sent out a second reminder for India, the govt has come out with a detailed response, finance minister Arun Jaitley addressed the media, sending out the a message yet to the Senas of doom, telling them in no uncertain terms, that vandalism & hooliganism won't be tolerated, in a clear message to Shiv Sena, Jaitley said that allies must understand that sensitive issues should be debated in civilised manner & not through hooliganism but, the congress is not impressed with govt's clarification, saying it's too little, too late.
