Former Congress Secretary Philip Cherian has sparked a fresh controversy for the Kerala Congress. In a controversial remark on his facebook page. Cherian has said several women got Congress tickets in exchange of sexual favours. Meanwhile, the state Congress President VM Sudheeran has demanded an apology from Cherian, saying that there is no place for rebels.
