Nation at 9 : ‘Petitioner kept quiet for 9 years on Modi’s Utterances’

It is possibly the biggest turning point in the Godhra riots case. The Supreme Court has claimed that Modi's greatest baiter former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt was deliberately consulting rival parties in an attempt to influence the Supreme Court in the Godhra riots cases.
The Supreme Court's 80 page judgement seems to suggest that Bhatt had unclean hands and had turned into an activist at the behest of the BJP Gujarat govt's rivals to embroil the then Gujarat CM and now PM Narendra Modi in the Godhra riots conspiracy. Going into details the Supreme Court has steadily peeled away the layers of alleged subterfuge that allowed Bhatt to create the impression that Mr Modi, Mr Amit Shah were involved in fostering the riots. The govt wasted little time in dragging congress and Teesta into the heart of the story accusing the duo of tutoring Bhatt to implicate then Gujarat CM Narendra Modi. The Cong on the other hand rubbished the allegation saying it’s a pack of lies.
