Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met his West Bengal counterpart Mamata Banerjee over dinner tonight. "States will move ahead and the Centre will also move ahead if we work together, if the state and federal structure is strong, the Centre will be strong," Ms Banerjee said after the meeting.
