Ghaziabad Police caught on camera beating an accused

A sub-inspector with the Ghaziabad Police has been suspended after a video, allegedly showing him and a woman home guard beating up a suspected chain snatcher at a police station, surfaced on Tuesday. The video shows the woman crying for help and finally collapsing on the floor, as the home guard and the police inspector allegedly take turns to hit her with a wooden plank and a belt.
