Maharashtra government's move is unconstitutional, says Congress

The shocking diktat by the Maharashtra government of giving auto permits to only Marathi speaking people has sparked an uproar. The decision by the Maharashtra Transport Minister Diwakar Raote has not gone down well with the auto drivers and their unions too. In fact the opposition has vehemently attacked the order calling it unconstitutional. The question is will Maharashtra government roll back the order.
